The blobfish is a deep water fish that lives in the oceans of Australia. Instead of a fleshy body the blobfish has a jelly like body that looks like a blob. When the blobfish leaves it's natural habitat it turns into a disgusting blob. The blobfish lives so deep under water the pressure turns it's bladder to a gas bladder so it can float just above the ground and not use much energy. The blobfish does not hunt it just waits for crabs or other crustaceans to float in front of them. They grow to around 30cm when they are fully grown.
